At the start of the semester, the Office of Service-Learning asked you to participate in our study on the impact of service-learning projects on student knowledge and attitudes about their community. We are interested in any changes in knowledge, beliefs or attitudes that you report as a result of your service-learning experiences in this class.

The answers you provide on this questionnaire are confidential. Your participation is completely voluntary. You do not have to answer any question that you don’t like. None of your answers will affect your grade in this or any course in anyway, and your answers will not be shared with any instructor. Your answers will be combined with other students, and no names will be used in any analysis, or in any report or presentation given based on the data collected. Also know that there is no right or wrong answers to the questions below. But we do want the most honest and accurate responses you can give to our questions, so please take your time and read the questions carefully when completing this survey.
