The Office of Service-Learning thanks you for participating in this survey.  You are taking part in a larger data collection effort involving faculty, students and community members.  Our overall goal is to get important feedback about the perceived quality and value of the service-learning experience for all these stakeholders.

For this survey, we will be asking you about: a) your evaluation of service-learning in general, b) your plans for the service-learning portions of your courses, and c) your assessment of the benefits of the service-learning experience on students.    

The information you provide is confidential.  We will not disclose your questionnaire responses to anyone outside of the survey administration and data collection personnel.  We will not link your name, or any of your identifying information to any of your responses, nor use any individual names, or identifying information in any report issued from the analysis of this data.
